If you have not received an e-mail with a tracking number, it means that your package has not been shipped yet and is currently being prepared (please refer to section 2 for more information). As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to keep track of your package.
The ordered parts need to be prepared accordingly. Before shipment, the parts must be painted in the appropriate colour and undergo a finishing process. The delivery time depends on the size of the order, its complexity and the type of shipment wchich you choose when placed the order (for more information about the types of shipment see point 3 and the “Shipping” tab on our website). The standard time for preparation of a part is about a week.
Shipping is calculated automatically on the basis of the items in your shopping basket and your address. You can check the final shipping cost at the checkout.
If you are not sure which colour to choose, please leave the VIN number of your car in the chat and our consultant will check it for you and send an answer to the e-mail address which you provided when you opened the chat window. You can also send your request to sales@octoclassic.com.
If you are looking for a part that is not in our catalogue, there is a good chance that we can make it for you. Just send a message with pictures of the part to our product department, who will see if we can make it for you and answer any questions you may have. You can also apply through the form on our website.

When paying by PayPal or credit card, the currency is automatically converted by the operator.
PayPal charges an additional fee of 6% of the total transaction amount . If you want to avoid this fee, you can choose credit card or bank transfer as payment method.
The parcel is shipped from our partners’ warehouses which are located in the European Union.
If you have chosen bank transfer as a payment method, the transfer details will appear after completing the order and in the order summary which you will receive in your mailbox. Three bank accounts will appear:
– If you are a UK customer you will need to transfer to a GBP account
– If you are a US customer you will need to transfer money to a dollar account.
– If you are a non-UK and US customer then transfer the money to a Euro account.
Yes, just write in the comments when you place the order that you need an invoice and give all the details you need.
