1. For these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to OctoClassic LTD whose Instagram handle is @octoclassic, Facebook @octoclassicltd. The “Prize” refers to the 1st prize: a £300 value coupon to be used in the online store www.octoclassic.com, 2nd prize: £150 value coupon to be used in the online store www.octoclassic.com, 3rd prize: a -50% coupon for your shopping at www.octoclassic.com

2. Coupons can only be used by the person who won the prize. They cannot be transferred to another person. The winner has three (3) months to redeem the won coupon, i.e. until 15/02/2023.

3. The use of a coupon excludes other promotions that require the use of a coupon. 3rd prize excludes also other promotions like price reductions. If you want to use a coupon for the item which is 20% off, with the 3rd prize coupon you will save 50% on this product.

4. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11/11/2022 at 23:59 (GMT+1). Three winners (3) will be selected at random by The Promoter until 20/11/2022 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.

5. The Promotors competitions with entry via Instagram and Facebook are open for all interested, regardless of the country. Three (3) winners will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.

6. No purchase is necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

7. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

8. Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

9. Instagram or Facebook is not in any way affiliated with or involved in the competition.

10. Multiple entries per person per competition will be accepted.

11. Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram or/and Facebook by tagging another three (3) Instagram or/and Facebook users in the comments of the specified post by @octoclassic (Instagram) or/and @octoclassicltd (Facebook) and following this Instagram and Facebook profiles.

12. The Prize will be awarded to randomly selected winners who have entered on Instagram, using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

13. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries.

14. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

15. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition, or any Prize for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

16. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

17. The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable the fulfillment of the Prize.​

18. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

19. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

20. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
