For sale is a Mercedes 300CE in “744 Brillantsilber Metallic” with grey leather interior. Imported from Bern, Switzerland from the first owner, a gentleman born in 1927. Despite being 33 years old, the car is in very good condition with minimal signs of use. It comes with a documented service history, including a service book, “Abgas” emissions test book, and receipts. The car was garage-kept and used seasonally, which contributed to its extraordinary, original condition.
The bodywork is very well preserved. No visible signs of corrosion. Only minor signs of use, such as small stone chips on the front part of the body. The black bumper strips have small dents and signs of use. Front and rear headlights are in perfect condition, without any damage. There are no non-original parts or Taiwan-made replacements. The underside is in very good condition, free of rust. The exhaust and suspension components show that the car was garaged and not used during winter.
The interior is also in very good condition, showing only minimal signs of use. The leather upholstery remains soft and matte, without scuffs or damage. No elements have been reupholstered or refurbished. The original Blaupunkt Montreux radio is fitted. Comes with two sets of original floor mats, ribbed and rubber. Wooden trim pieces are in amazing condition, vibrant and like new. The headliner is like new. Plastic components are matte, without scratches or cracks. The leather steering wheel and gear selector are perfectly preserved, never reupholstered or refurbished. The glove compartment features a wooden sliding cover under the armrest. Factory-prepped for phone installation – wiring and antenna included.
Comes with a set of 16-inch original 8-hole alloy wheels in very good condition, with a set of good summer tires.
