Odometer Repair Kit – 15 toothed small gear with 12 tooth gear pod for Volvo 850 Audi Porsche VDO

Odometer repair kit consisting of 2 gears:
1. A wheel with a disc (disc diameter 15.6mm) with 12 teeth mode
2. Drive pulley placed on a pin of 15 teeth
The kit can be used in cars such as:
Volvo, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes and others with VDO meters

Originally, the dial assembly consists of two parts: the disk-base and the mode mounted on it – we make it as one element of a much more durable material than the original – we guarantee that it will not break until the end of the meter operation.

If the odometer does not show kilometres, check whether any of the elements of the set is not damaged.

Disc sprocket dimensions:

H = 2 mm

D = 11.7 mm

Z = 12

Dial diameter: 15.6 mm

There were used three types of discs with different diameters as shown in the last photo.

Dimensions of the small cog:

H = 3.5mm

D = 6.9mm

Z = 15

The color of the wheels may vary depending on the material used in production.

Attention! Due to the fact that cars with these meters are often several years old and their history is often unknown (possible replacement / repair of meters) to find out what mode is installed in your meter, the only sure way is to dismantle the meter, remove the old rack and checking the dimensions and number of teeth.
